Search for an Operating License
To make sure an STR property has an operating license, click the button below.
Once on the website, at the top click “Permits By Address”
Start typing the address, then click on the auto-populated address.Once there, click the tab “Other Permits.”

Make a code compliance complaint
If you believe an STR property is violating local health or safety codes, click the button below. You can do it online or anonymously by phone (dial 311).
Once on the website, select “Request Service”
Scroll using arrows at bottom to page 20. Click “Short-Term/Vacation Rentals.”
Fill in details. It helps to have the online listing of the STR property if the property owner is running the business without a license. Listings can be found on Airbnb/VRBO by searching “Comanche Trail.”
